Yes, that is allowed. Check the policy link provided by @wastingtime101. As long as you own the items already, and they are just being shipped by FBA, that is allowed. Purchasing an item from Amazon after the sale on eBay, and having it shipped to your eBay customer, is not allowed.
However, you should be aware that some eBay buyers choose to purchase on eBay because they don't want to buy on Amazon (or have anything to do with Amazon), and some of them will become enraged if they receive something from Amazon when they purchased on eBay. Those buyers don't care what eBay's policy is, and they are allowed to express their opinion in feedback.

also my store on Amazon is different from the name of my store on eBay. Is there a problem with this?
