Missing order

I placed an order on june22 and they took payment on same day it's july16 and haven't received it yet 

WHATS GOING ON 

No one will let me  know what's going on

What does the purchase show as the estimated delivery date? If that date has passed, you can go to the transaction and in the dropdown box, open a case for "I haven't received my item." 

The seller will have to supply a tracking number and prove delivery or ebay will close the case and issue a refund to you.

I have tried to contact seller and no reply EBay no help seller no longer registered seller pack as del dates 1st july8 then july16 what's next august???????

you do not need the phone to make a claim

you dont need to talk with ebay

you dont need to talk with the seller

you need to file an item not received or INR

Did you check the order details? Maybe there is a tracking number & you missed it in an email notification. If there isn't anything there & the estimated delivery date is way over due, then open up an item not received in the order details to see if that triggers the seller into action.

If the seller is NARU, go to Paypal or whichever processor you used to pay for the item. Open INR (item not received) there.
