Hi,
It's been a while since I've sold on ebay and I miscalculated my original listed shipping cost at £1.55.
The item has now sold, the buyer has paid for the postage and the item. I bought the £1.55 postage and went to the post office who informed me I need to pay more. I have requested a shipping label refund (I clicked on 'void'). I don't want to mess the buyer around and am willing to pay the extra money to send the item from my own pocket.
Do I generate another shipping label (if so, how?) or shall I just pay the extra postage independent of ebay?
Thanks

Hi, You're on ebay.com, which is the US site. You'll get better replies if you go to

In the US, the procedure would be to void the original label (which you have done) and just purchase another one through eBay, but that might not be possible in the UK.
