Media Mail - how to find it when listing

Under 'help' it lists Media Mail as an option, but I cannot find it when making a listing for a book.

Depends on what category you are in. Some categories don't allow books for some reason and sometimes media mail is not allowed in a few glitched book categories.

It's under the "Economy" group of shipping services. 

I haven't personally noticed any book categories where eBay removes the Media Mail option, but it's plausible that they remove it for certain ones that are known to contain ads (like magazines).

I still doubt that, though, because I regularly see the option when listing in non-book categories. It's just always been up to us (the seller) to make sure we're not misusing/abusing Media Mail.

Manga is one, unless they fixed it. I haven't bothered in a while because I was tired of having to pay First Class so I just listed in a different category

I finally called.  The problem was my book was listed as a music book and I needed to call it a general book.

If it was listed in the music section, then you would not see MM as an option. If it does qualify as MM, you could still mail it at the PO.

Well ebay knows better what is and isn't a book better than us pukes that sell books.
