Manually send a partial refund AFTER already sending a partial refund

The buyer returned an item and eBay only let me refund the purchase price (minus shipping). Since the reason for return was my fault, I am trying to refund the price they paid to ship the item out to begin with. I cant find any refund option now that I already sent them a refund. Is there any way to send them more money?

Not with Managed Payments.  If they paid with PayPal and you still have an account there, you can send money that way. But, you'll need their PayPal email. Otherwise, maybe mail them a check or MO.
