eBay gave me a defect for late shipment. When I checked it out, the package was shipped promptly, going from Indiana to Missouri and shouldn't have taken more than a few days. However, when I checked tracking it spent almost a week in New Jersey(!) .

Clearly a mistake by the USPS, but when I tried to get the defect removed, eBay refused with a form letter saying it caused a "negative buyer experience" ( or something to that effect)...   

Anyone had this experience? Thanks, ws

If you got a defect for late shipping and tracking shows that the first scan was within your handling time, you can request the defect to be removed.
