Lost package I have 3 lost packages

If your the buyer, you can file an item not received case one day past the last given delivery date.

If your the seller, how long has it been ?  What does tracking say ?  Have you contacted the shipper?  If it's USPS there is an 800 number on their web site that can help with this.

That's a lot of packages to be lost, are you sure they are just not delayed?

I didn't see a penthouse 404 of that address...I see 3 floors...not a 4th floor.

Maybe you used an incorrect address.
