Label Printing Issues

I recently purchased a Jaden thermal printer and everything worked fine with the free labels that came with the printer. I would print eBay standard envelope & Ground Advantage with no issue. Once I ran out of those free labels and purchased new ones, the **bleep** thing does not work very well. I purchased labels directly from the company made for my model of printer. I bought like 3 different styles and still it would cut off the bar code on the ESE labels, and on the ground advantage labels it would not  print out that square "bar-code" looking box fully and the post office could not scan. I thought by calibrating the printer each time I print a label would fix it, but it did not. Has anyone ever used one of these and had any issues like this? Thanks for any assistance.

Label Printing Issues

Note the ESE has no format for thermal labels printers, but often can be fudged to make them work.

Assuming you are using 4"x6" labels, did you recheck that the ebay label format is correct?

Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe?

Does the label preview look correct?
