Label Print Error 10027 anyone else getting it???

We're having trouble printing your label.We had a problem retrieving the label. [Error: 10027]

Why does this happen so often?  I tried printing in Firefox and in IE but  no go.  This should not be happening.  Why can't they get this error fixed?

 The way I go around it is by counting to at least 10-15 between each click. Just breathe deep while you do that... Between each step after you clicked on Print Label on your Sold list.

Most of the time it works.

I have the exact same problem with Error: 10027 

Some times I also have problems with error: 0

does anyone know what that is??

I too spent a lot of time and was able to solve the problem faster than ebay.  I started the whole transaction from the beginning and noticed that the first time that I was trying to print it did not ask me to log into ebay it went straight to paypal. So the second time when I tried it I had to log into ebay and than it took me to paypal and it worked. Hope this help.

This worked for me: for your order, select Print Shipping Label.  On the eBay order details screen - after making any necessary changes (package size, weight, service, etc) and before clicking to purchase postage - reload the page using your computer's refresh icon.  I had no problem with the PayPal process after doing this, after running into Error 10027 multiple times over 2 days.

having this problem for over a year now the only solution that works for me is printing through Paypal,

all most everytime I try to print through Ebay it is a fail

I Just got the 10027 Error for the first time today. It seems to happen when ebay is not logged into your paypal. So I just logged off of ebay and signed back in and it fixed the error. Hope this helps 🙂 Nicole

Had error problem and went to my email that told me it sold and went threw print lable from there and it worked

Ever since eBay and Paypal parted ways and became seperate companies this problem began.

I took almost a year hiatus from eBay. This was a common pain to stay away. I just sold two items and have had this same  problem, first technical difficulties, then the error message. I can remember back in 2013 having the same problems, spending hours talking to eBay etc. One would think they could actually correct this problem in at least four years.
