Hello, 

I didnt receive an item so Ebay replyed they returned my money to my Paypal account however I dont have Paypal account and dont know how to claim for it since the item is over now and I haventfound any way to claim. Tks for your support.

Refunds always go back to the original funding source via PayPal.

So, if you paid with a credit or debit card, that's where your refund went.

It can take a few weeks for the credit to show up on your statement.

If you paid with a credit card, contact your CC company.  They can tell you if a credit has been applied to your account.  You don't have to wait to receive a statement.

If you paid with a debit card, contact your bank.  Ditto.

If you paid by some other means (eBay Bucks, eBay coupon, prepaid card, etc.), you may have to set up a Paypal account using the e-mail address of your eBay account.  Or check that e-mail address to see if there's some kind of attachment that indicates a payment.
