I paid $10 in return shipping because a buyer returned an item as defective. When I received the product, I was able to immediately disprove her claim and even though I know I shouldn't have, I messaged her saying that the product works fine and what she thought was "defective" was merely how the product works. She went into more detail trying to convince me that there was an actual problem. So, I linked her to page 16 of the device's online manual where it specifies that what she experienced is exactly how the product is supposed to work...and now she wants to repurchase it from me because she couldnt just read the physical manual that I sent along in the first place. AND now I'm out $10 due to her stupidity...😐

Refund, block and be done with it. No way would I allow a repeat purchase.

Oh for sure I was not going to allow her to repurchase from me, but you're now my favorite person because I didn't know I could block users 😂 The refund was sent yesterday, so that transaction is over and done with thankfully. Crazy thing was she received the order on Nov. 28th. She messaged me on Dec. 24th saying she was having problems and then started the return process a week after I offered her the option to return it for a refund. Sooo this has been like a month and a half in the works.

Refund, block and be done with it. Definitely, and when she changes her ID. Refund, block and be done with it, and when she changes her ID. Refund, block and be done with it, and when she changes her ID. Refund, block and be done with it, and when she changes her ID. Refund, block and be done with it, and when she changes her ID. Refund, block and be done with it. Follow the pattern. Good luck with that one.
