Do we have any official word yet from eBay about whether the rates for the eBay Standard Envelope will go up with the 7/13/2025 Postal rate increase that effects First Class postage?
I'm planning ahead for whether I need to make any price adjustments on my items that are listed free shipping via Standard Envelope. By planning in reverse for that increase taking effect, I can then send out an email to all the buyers letting them know that the increase is going to happen and [insert one week discount coupon here] have one last go at any of those items before the price goes up on that date.

eBay hasn't published anything yet, however the info is out there. ESE rates match USPS commercial rates, so all you have to do is look at info published by USPS. This is the rate change you'll see come July 13th:
| Weight Not Over (ounces) | Commercial / eBay | Retail |
| 1 | $0.74 | $0.78 |
| 2 | $1.03 | $1.07 |
| 3 | $1.32 | $1.36 |
