Item returned due to old address

I had a college student purchase a polo shirt, but had neglected to update their address on ebay. The existing tenants had it returned to sender. The buyer still wants the shirt. How do we make that happen with the buyer paying for the additional shipping?

In addition to sending buyer a PayPal invoice to cover the additional shipping, advise your buyer that he needs to ADD his new address to his PayPal account and select it at checkout, even for paying your invoice. Selecting the correct address on his PayPal is more important than what is on his eBay account because eBay, when you print shipping label, pulls in the address from PayPal. Oftentimes people (like me) buy stuff to ship to family members and those addresses are stored in their PayPal, even though they might have a different address on eBay.
