I purchased 3 Items over a couple of days. To save on shipping I used their combined shipping option. I received the envelope with a box containing 2 of the 3 items in it. I let the seller know right away one of the items was not in the box. There has been no response after 5 days. I have purchased a lot of items from this seller and never had a problem.
My question is, do I open a case as a SNAD? If so will I have to return the other 2 items. I know the answer but have been under a lot if stress lately and cannot think straight right now.
Thank you for all answers

Since you have a good relationship with the seller, you might give them another email and some more time to respond.
But, if you have to do it, then think of this as no different than a shipment that arrives empty (as if you received an empty box).
If a return request is opened, you select either "Doesn't match description or photos" or "Missing pieces or parts", and in the explanation write something like "[item] was not present in the box ... box was empty of the [item]."
You should not have to return anything. The seller either ships the item that is missing, or he refunds your money for the item that was not included."

Thank you so very much. I have had 2 strokes and every so often it affects my thought process. Fortunately that is the only side effects.

A few hours after this post the seller reached out to me and is looking for the item. That makes me happy as I hate to have to open any cases.
