I have been running into an issue with buyers with Puerto Rican shipping addresses in that Ebay flags it as an international sale (which it is not!) and in turn PayPal will not allow for purchase of USPS postage, nor will it allow me to edit the address to correct any issue.
ISSUE is that in their drop down menus, eBay proves Puerto Rico as a State option AS WELL AS A COUNTRY OPTION when customers enter their shipping address. If the customer selects Puerto Rico as their country, it is flagged as international. I believe this would be solved by removing this false option. I have notified eBay to no avail.
Has anyone experienced this same issue? How can this be resolved?
