We have been using Global Shipping Program since the beginning and have never had an issue. I know I have seen others on the boards state different issues they have had, but it has been a pleasure for us to just ship to KY and be done.
The last 2 international orders we have had though, instead of it coming up through Global Shipping is just Ebay Standard International. We have checked our policies and they all still include Global Shipping Program.
Has something happened that there is no longer a Global Shipping Program? I can find no announcement that states it is gone or having issues.

Are you sure your shipping settings are correct? I see your Half Gallon Classic HydroJug In Blush was set to eBay International Standard Delivery. Just checked a few, most appear to be set to Global Shipping. Was Global shipping (for international shipping) the only option on your last 2 international orders?
You should be able to change your country to other then US and click on your sold/unsold listings and verify they are set to Global Shipping and buyer can't change to another international shipping option.
I use Global Shipping with recent sales and have never seen it switch to another international shipping type.

Thanks for looking. I do all of my listing through business policies and they are all set to GSP. I did double check that this morning. These were under the same business policies that I always use. Since they both happened within the last 2 days, I thought it was either a glitch or something wrong with GSP.

Just to follow up with this...
Once again, Ebay CSR was useless. I contact them through chat and the CSR looked at the 2 orders in question and after some time waiting for them to respond, the person told me my business policies were incorrect. That I should not have GSP checked and Ebay Standard International as the "other" in case it can't ship GSP. When I asked them why, since I have had it this way for years now and did something change, they said no this is just the way it is.
Well since that made ZERO sense to me, I went to Facebook and contacted them there. The CSR looked at both orders and was quickly able to tell me one of the orders sold to a country GSP does not serve. The other order, they could not find why it did not go through GSP as it appears it should have. They opened a ticket to investigate further.
I did have another international order come through this morning that went through GSP. Thankfully I did not go changing things around just because the other person made up some story.
So once again, Facebook Customer Service is the place to get answers.
