Im shipping an item internationally and the buyer keeps asking me to ship to a different address as the one they have with Ebay. Can the enter another address when they purchase? They seem very confused. Im telling them that i just ship with the label Ebay provides which goes to IL.

Do Not change the address.

Ship to the address shown in the order details. Changing the address will void seller protection in an item not received case.

They can edit the address and only them.

Just say no and offer to cancel the order. Tell them they can reorder, providing Ebay with the correct shipping address after they receive their refund.
