Wanting to sell internationally but I don't see the enroll button when I go into shipping preferences. Can't figure out if I am doing something wrong or for some reason I don't qualify. Can someone point me in the right direction? Ebay assistant was of no help. TIA

I have this same problem. It does not show the option but I do not know why I would not be eligible. Does it require a certain number of feedback or transactions? If so, what is the number?

The requirements are on this page under eligibility. I would think that you would be eligible.

It is not so that is why I want to find out what I need to do to be eligible.
