International Shipping

Hello,

I have a buyer that's in Brazil and she asked me to calculate the cost of an item plus shipping.  I know that the Global shipping program states that the buyer can find that information at checkout but how can I find the information myself? I hope this makes sense.  Thanks to whomever helps me!

Not all items will ship to every GSP eligible country.

Does the listing in question show that it will ship to Brazil via the GSP?

If so, you shouldn't have to do anything.

If not, the buyer wants to know if you will ship directly to Brazil.

You could calculate the shipping cost here:

I sometimes have people ask even if the calculator is there. Could be language issues. If you go into the listing and click on shipping tab you can put in Brazil and it will recalculate for you.

Remember to change back when done or as you shop eBay iy will quote all pricing to Brazil going forward.

There are only a few of your listings that show shipping with the global shipping program. The rest seem to be to the US only so I am guessing that the buyer is looking at one of the non gsp listings.  Lately I've seen quite a few posts from sellers who say their listings are in the gsp but when I look at their listings, they actually aren't in the gsp so I have a feeling that there has been some sort of glitch that has caused some listings to lose that  setting.  I don't use the gsp  so have no idea how to get the setting back although I'm sure that there is a way.

I actually had this issue. I had clicked GSP on my listing and it never showed or only occasionally. I dropped and eBays International Standard. Despite domestic problems, USPS is the best international service. I can get a package to Japan via USPS in 8-10 days. If a package is less than 4 pounds it can go parcel post and still moves relatively fast.

WOW!

Thank you everyone for helping me out!!

It turns out that it was a shady character and I stopped communicating with her but all this information will be very useful in the future.  I appreciate the help from my fellow sellers (that sounds corny) since I am still relatively green.

Stay Well!
