Hi,
I bought 3 of the same exact item in one transaction.
I returned 2 of them because I thought 2 were bad, and 1 was good.
However, after another day or 2, I discovered the third was bad too.
I cannot reach anyone at eBay to help me. There is no more button option to start a second return? (The first return is still in process; it is in the mail.)
I can't even contact the seller; the buttons on the eBay platform do not allow me to.
Thank you for your help.

I also wish it's still Tuesday (long story) but no, you can't, not even if you could reach out with hand sanitizer to someone at eBay to learn that too. eBay says:
Buyers are able to return multiple quantities of the same item with a single return, but can only initiate one return for each multi-quantity item purchase. For example, if the buyer initiates a return for 3 of 10 shirts purchased as a multi-quantity item, they will not be able to initiate a return for the remaining 7 shirts at a later date.
So first allow your return to return and your quantity 2 refund to refund. Then file a dispute here for the remaining shirt, then go back and immediately click Escalate to PayPal to get the remaining return started. Return shipping is on you.
Note 1: If you start the dispute now, it will cancel the eBay return that's in the mail.
Note 2: If you activate Returns on Us now, before you start the dispute, PayPal will pay $30 up to 12 times a year for your return shipping.

If it is one item or five items, if they are not as advertised you may start a claim for not as described within the appropriate time frame. I would also follow through with Ebays rules on their time frames. Additionally, maybe not buy from the seller whom seems to be a problem for you.
Although we all get excited to find the things we are looking for , it is imperative that we use good judgement in repeated purchases when they go south.
Kick me once, shame on you, kick me twice shame on me.
I hope that you are able to resolve this with not too much back and forth. There are many sellers that would appreciate your business and are highly reputable.
Good luck in moving forward and using your common sense not your excitement over your finds.
Many many people selling on this platform are hard working sellers and are honest and forthright with their products. I have faith it will all work out.
Sending you, on this Tuesday, the best of all the day can bring.
Kindest Regards,
Grandma

Hi,
I'm still within the acceptable timeframe, but eBay won't give me a button to return the third item, because they were originally one transaction.
Has anyone else had this problem before?
And the phone numbers don't work because I don't have a case ID yet.
