Hello, I won an auction (113449964603) and the shipping was posted at a fixed amount of $9.37 I think USPS ground.
When I received the message to pay for the auction the seller increased the shipping to $13.65.
I did not pay for the item and looked into the rules on ebay, If I am correct the seller is not allowed to
increase the fixed shipping price unless I won multiple items or if I requested special handling,
shipping or insurance. I informed the seller this and he said the shipping amount was an estimate.
I checked the original auction and it was not listed that way.
He told me to pay the extra or he would relist the item, I did not pay it and he did relist it.
What action do I have so this guy does not do the same thing to others.
In his relisted auction (113492896747) he now list the shipping as $10.04 ?
Thank you for your help.

You should pay for the item plus $9.37 for shipping.

How do I do this when all the links have the new adjusted amount the seller added ?

The seller would have to send an invoice with the original shipping as stated on the listing in order for you to pay. It would appear he is not willing to do so. The seller has already been charged the FVF on the item price. Maybe once he realizes this, he will then do something.

Seller cancelled the auction stating that I requested it. I did not.
So a seller can post a shipping price then send an invoice for more, if you don't pay they cancel the auction and you have no feedback options !!
Sounds like this needs to be fixed !!

It wasn’t a fixed price. The seller is using calculated shipping. So like with the first one I see $10.65 and the second I see 15.59.
If you had the a different zip code used when viewing he auction that wasn’t the same as the one you were going to pay with it would show a different cost. Are you sure that’s not what’s happening?
