Incorrect Shipping Label Orientations

I am trying to print out a flat rate label from USPS as I have done every single day.  I select a 2X7 label to print but for some reason today it keeps giving me a 8X10 label.  I use a brother Q800 printer and I need it to create a 2X7 label.  All of the PDFs when I look at them are set at a 8X10 orientation.  What is happening?  I have tried different browsers and cleared all the cache out.  I keep printing out new labels and having to cancel the previous labels.

The preview button tells me I am selecting the correct 2X7 orientation.  When eBay generates the USPS label it turns out to be a 8X10 label.

Same thing is happening to me.  I have not been able to print a 2x7 label for a couple days.

Okay...nice to know it's not just me.  I just started using 2x7 labels this weekend so I was SURE I was doing something wrong.  I started a new thread for the problem before I found this one. 

There is one more thread about the same issue.  Someone commented that 2x7 was working correctly through bulk labels - even when they only needed one.  Maybe I'll try that tomorrow.  I've had enough of labels for tonight. 😁

This is a recent ebay glitch.  The current work around is to use ebay Bulk Shipping, even for a single label.  You can also print from PayPal.

Does anyone know if there be any way to tell when this "glitch" is fixed? Currently I can't tell anything is wrong until the label is purchased and the PDF is in the wrong format.

I called them and spent an hour on the phone with them, they act like they dont even understand the question. They escalated the problem to a tech team who was supposed to reach out to me last week--they have not. This is the second time this has happened. I've been downloading the pdf's and importing them into photoshop cutting, reorienting. What is the worst part is I cant get my packing slip and label on the same 8x10 label divided into two 4x6 stickers on the page. Theres not even a place to set this up anymore.

Please reiterate the details of your problem and include what OS, browser, and printer type you are using.

Just before you click that final print and your computer settings come up. Take minute and read and check all of them. It could be the percentage got changed. probably something simple like the number of labels per sheet.

You can't use a 2x7, label it makes the tracking bar-code too small it breaks up when scanned. The service icon in the upper left corner will be too small. 
The service icon should appear in a 1-inch square in the upper left corner of the shipping label. The letter “P” must be printed inside the 1-inch square and must be 0.75 inches (3/4 inch) or greater. A minimum 3/4-point line must border the 1-inch square.

While you can't shrink a half sheet label too small, the 2.3x7.5 label format is full size.  While this smaller size is generally used for label printers, it can be used without shrinking on a regular printer as well.

I am still experiencing this problem when I use my phone app to print.  If I use my laptop, my half sheet prints with no issues.  Has anyone else determined what changed on the phone app printing version?  Now it prints in the middle of my two half sheets.  It is frustrating.
