Oh my! Am I ever at my wit's end! This has happened several times over the last year or so & it seems to always happen with the more expensive & bigger orders that I'm expecting. The 1st  was some beautiful stone pendant beads... about $35 order & some special ones I was super excited about getting. When it finally arrived I realized it was way too light. I opened & it was about 30 or so pairs of small shell fish & bird pendants. I thought the seller had pulled a fast one & I saw red! With it being marked delivered, & unable to call the company, I felt helpless. I worried myself sick. 3 mornings later I awoke with an epiphany soon as I opened my eyes, sadly, the package was next to me in the bed & I remembered something... Sometimes the top label peels off! As I was peeling I immediately noticed the Chinese track # wasn't same as mine. With my constant research trying to figure out what happened, I had it memorized... WHOA! THERE WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT NAME & STATE! Thankfully her cell # was too. He was so relieved and concerned because she got someone else's package but it wasn't mine! Somebody had really messed up. Even with a trackable #, USPS will only give you so much information. I had to file a case only to find out my package had landed in Miami. They gave me a name but no address. I searched fb, internet, for this person. He had a common name but I sent messages to prob dozen of'em. I never got my package but I sent the one I got to the correct person. Several months later, I'm waiting on 73 blown glass pendants, biggest order so far that I've made with this person & guess what I get in the mail? This seller  ALWAYS shorted me BIG TIME, but they always refunded me. I GOT A MARIJUANA GLASS BONG WITH CARTOON CHARACTERS ON IT!  After I can get a seller to answer me back, I looked it up & it was only maybe $5 less than what I paid so I figured I'd resell it on something. Now it's sitting over in the corner getting dust now cuz I'm too scared of might break if I ship it. I'm assuming the same thing happened. Now I'm having dozens of packages from the same seller going all over the United States except for here. It's got me so stressed out and the celery isn't even answering back and now it's even blocked me and I have to use trickery to message them. These packages are coming from different places but most of them are from addresses that I found familiar and have you seen pictures from before. For example, a Hispanic male name in Riverside but whenever I go to Google map and look up the address it shows a place that looks like no one lives there. Why does eBay put up with this? Oh and those other times when I try to call eBay to get a solution, the act like the first time they ever heard of this and I didn't get any solutions that I found useful. What I felt like I got was ear service. It leaves you feeling like you're in a Twilight zone and it has to happen to someone else and can you tell me please what did y'all do about this and what should I? My blood pressure has already started going high the last several years since I've been doing this e-commerce stuff. I got to get out because now I'm having palpitations and this is not good, it's not helpful at all. Almost 10 years I've been doing this and I feel really betrayed by eBay

When I receive the wrong item, I use the MBG and return it for a refund.

Have a great day.

Incoming Int packages Address mislabeling in US

Yeah, that would work if I would actually receive something, but I am receiving nothing.  Meanwhile, I'm getting emails from my ebay & USPS Informed Delivery accounts informing me to expect my incoming package(s) to be delivered the next day. For the last 20 years my mail has been delivered more or less about the same time 6 days a week, aside from Christmas Rush or the times my usual mailman is on vacation or out sick, then it may run a little later. 10 - 10:30 a.m.  are the typical times. Well, I'm watching my packages be delivered at 8:10 a.m. and other days at noon all the way till after 5:00 p.m. and this is in my hometown. That certainly in my box, but it shows delivered. I've called my local post office and the 1-800 number and could get no help aside from them telling me that it does not have my address on it but they couldn't give me the address, of course. Other days I'm watching my packages get delivered to Hollywood California, all the way down to Naples Florida & all the way up to Seattle Washington. These are Beauty items, all the same as it with two models with different colors. And they are auction wins. I believe it's coming from the same person because they mainly use the same name with only a different number behind it. And I get generally the same response every time I speak to a different one. What I believe is happening now is that I won the item so cheap because No one else was bidding. And what they've done is just shipped out empty packages to random addresses that are not mine. This has got me ready to close my account and never come on eBay again and I've been buying on here for nearly 10 years. It seems that eBay has become more seller friendly than they are Buyer friendly. Them several times in the past I have gotten the wrong merchandise because of mislabeling and that's when I thought must be happening here. But I have not received anything besides the few items that I received already. I'm supposed to be getting 50 or more and I've got maybe 15. How upset would you be? I need to speak to someone and I need to speak to someone immediately and I try to beg this seller to call me. I sent my number and everything. They're avoiding me like the plague. I've got to get out of this. It's not worth it
