INVALID RETURN REQUEST

I sold a flatiron to a customer. She wants a refund because it was not as pictured. She takes picture of what she claims I sent her and returns it to me. It definitely is not the flat iron I sent her. It’s the same company I give her that but I have seen that flatiron that she sent back to me like $50 cheaper at marshals then what I actually paid for it. She even tried to best price match me twice asking for it cheaper.  I have gotten in contact with buyer and she is sticking to her story. What do I do?

Re: INVALID RETURN REQUEST

My response

I am very sorry, do you have me mixed up with another seller?  That is definitely not the flat iron that I sold you.  You can tell by the pictures that they do not match.  If you received that flatiron in the mail that is not right.  What that means is somewhere down the line someone opened the package and switched out the flat irons.  I will be filing mail fraud charges in the morning with the post office as well as with the FBI as mail fraud is taken very seriously.  I am incredibly sorry that this happened to you and will assist you in any way of rectifying this situation.  I can see that you wanted the flatiron that I had for sale and you got an inferior product fraudulently.  The post office will probably send a representative out to your house to ask you a few questions about the transaction so they can get on the investigation of how this happened.

Thank you

Me.

Give them a day or two to think about it.  Take the return if they insist and then file mail fraud with the post office and FBI if they send you a different item back.  I do this for each and every fraud return I get.  I havent gotten many over the years but the Post Office has investigated each one regardless of the price of the item and in 2 cases the person served jail time.  I do not give these people an inch.  You might be out the cash but they will now be on both the Post offices and FBI's radar.  Anyone that tells you that these places do not investigate is wrong.  The FBI will no nothing until x dollars is hit and then they go after the person like crazy.

Wherever you go, there you are. Please remember, when you are asked if you are a god, you say yes.
