I hope EBay is monitoring this post. I am a volume professional seller on EBay since 2004. I Albany’s accept returns except special occasions designer dresses. Buyer send me offer on $700 Nordstrom evening mother-of the bride dress, I was selling it for $250, accepted $150 offer. Dress was described as Cofee and milk color in title, brown basic color in scroll down ( I am using color wheel) and 12 pictures were posted. Buyer opened return NADS stating that dress is not brown, but has some warm shades. I replied to buyer that dress is not returnable and called EBay for advice. I’ve being told to work it out with buyer about return shipping charges. Buyer send me message that she apologize and she will pay for return and she will arrange that. Next morning at 4 am Pacific time she called overseas, escalated case and get full refund. Customer service agent didn’t even look into the case, automatically refunded her. When I called EBay, they admitted they at some parts it was not handled right but I should have accept return. By EBay advice I arranged return thru PayPal, asked buyer to return it. Buyer response was they EBay closed the case, suggested her to donate dress and she did and she is not willing to return dress.

You should have accepted the return and provided a return shipping label.When you didnt, Ebay refunded her, without making her return the item. You also got a defect.

its not an inr, item not received, its a snad, not as described case.

The buyer may be fraudulent, but you still have to accept returns.
