Hi,
I sold a coat on 10/16, it was delivered on 10/23. On 10/24 buyer put in a return, said it was too big. The buyer was instructed to return by last week. It hasn't been returned yet, the return has now been updated for 11/27 return date. Now that's past my 30 return policy. What happens if the buyer does not return the item within my 30 day policy. I do not like accepting things back that have been in someone else's possession for this long.

Did they open a case for a return in the first place? Is the new case for a return or something else? Is the case still in eBay, or did they open the new case in Paypal?

One other thing - your 30 day remorse return policy means they have 30 days to get the item into the carrier's hands, not that it has to be back to you in 30 days.
