Hi Guys,
Can someone help me?
I set up the store for the first time.
I set up the postcode where I would be sending from. I sold a few items but the buyer didn't pay any shipping. This is odd, right? Is it normal to add a shipping fee later? I am a bit lost, if there are ebay gurus out there, can someone help me, please?

It would help if we could see one of the listings that you are referring to. They do not show up under this ID.
Give us an item number.

Hi,
this is the link, the guy who set up did it as
"free postage". I am so annoyed. I have australia post pro shipping integration, can I integrate here?

I still need an item number. What you have provided is not sufficient information.
And what do you mean "the guy who set up" - didn't you do it yourself?

It's hard to give any advice as we cannot see your items. Your location is in Australia. You may be better served by logging out of ebay.com and re logging into ebay.com/au to get the help you need. Go to the community link and tell them what you are telling us here.
Good luck.

Here are the OP's listings, which were indeed all set up with free shipping for buyers in Australia.

@megamarketplaceau You cannot add a shipping fee later. If you (or someone you hired) make a mistake in setting up the listing, you have to bear that expense, you cannot pass it on to your buyers. So you need to correct the shipping section of the listings if you want to charge your buyers for shipping.
If you want to avoid having any sales while you're working that out, you can put your store on "Time away" (IF it works the same in Australia as in the US).

You or whoever set up your listings set them all for free shipping within Australia.
That means you pay for the shipping and the buyer doesn't pay a shipping fee.
You cannot add shipping on after the fact.

Thank you, that was what I thought too.
Can I ask, if I chose "Aust Post" as a shipping method, does it automatically calculate the postage at the checkout?

Thank you.
I use "Aust Post" normally, I entered, the carrier as "Aust Post" Now. Will the postage automatically work out now when the buyer checkout on eBay?

@megamarketplaceau On a side note, whoever did your listings just uploaded a template. None of the item description or anything is under the headers....

No, they are all still offering free postage, although they do say that they will by shipped by Australia Post.
In addition to choosing the shipping service, usually the cost depends on the size and weight of the package, so you have to both:
Also, as @r_lresale pointed out, many of your listings are incomplete because you didn't enter any of the product-specific information. Your listings are still showing the default information, that you are supposed to replace with your own details, including:

Shipping needs to be set up within the listing at the time of listing AFTER setting up 'business polices' for shipping types. https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage?
