I just made a sale today of $125 and I'm trying to print out a label and its giving me back an error. I want to get this issue resolved.

What is the error?

I only see a $270 and an $18 sale today. Was your $125 listed? Silly question, but I too am a bit confused. Expand, please...

Well im trying to purchase a few shipping labels and it wont let me purchase them it keeps saying, “something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label”

I received that error message when a buyer chose FedEx shipping and had a PO Box (for some reason eBay lets buyers go through Checkout even though this is invalid). When I attempted to fix their address by removing the PO Box, that error message came up and would not let me print the label.
@thrifty_resell Is this the scenario for your situation? If not, you will probably need to contact eBay customer support where they can look at the detail of the order to see what the problem is.

You could advise the buyer that you will cancel the order due to an incorrect address, relist and allow the buyer to buy it again with an acceptable address for FEDEX shipping.
Ebay customer support cannot fix this problem, all they can do is open a report to a responsible group.
If you are offering FEDEX Ground shipping this may be the least of the problems you will encounter.

I get that message once in awhile.
Sometimes I'll close and reopen my browser and it works.
When it doesn't, I just awhile and try later.
