How to select second shipping option offered by seller when bidding?

Hi all, this is probably a dumb question --

I was interested in a particular item, but I prefer UPS shipping as I have a secure pick up location there and our area has had problems with package thefts. Nevertheless, I contacted the seller and they added UPS shipping as an option; however, I cannot for whatever reason find the area in the buying process where I can select it. I placed the initial bid and it automatically selected USPS -- I was outbid but would like to figure out how to properly select the right shipping option before going back into bidding.

Shipping is selected during the payment process (if you win), not during bidding.

Always best to check, I have been at this for years, but have never bid on an item, so I had no clue either
