You are looking at your listing with your zip code? If yes that's why you see that.
I looked at your listing it said estimated delivery April 17-April 23 to my zipcode.

The point is that if @toysaver takes advantage of their handling time, it won't even go out for 4 days. So delivery certainly won't be in 2-4 days.

My point .....only the seller sees the green 2-4 day delivery .

Yes, I know that but still nobody near me would get it that quick. My local PO used to get all packages to the regional hub same day/night. Now they wait a day so I had to make up for their slack by increasing my handling time.

Because the possibility is there that you could ship it sooner than the 4th day. I've also heard that if you've historically shipped quicker that is taken into account when showing EDDs as well.
I'm also pretty sure that if you sent something to your own zip it would get sorted at the local PO and delivered next day, and that's what you see on your own listings.

The performance of USPS should not be absent from the equation.

Only if you made the employee(s) at that "local" facility aware that it was a local delivery.

That would be FedEx shipping...I have a seller from New Jersey and I am in California and sure enough my packages arrive in 4 business days or less. I love this seller. I have been winning his auctions for like once a month. I am sure the seller has some sort of business account...but yes, a seller can do it.
