Hi all,
As a buyer, how can I cancel a return/refund request? I purchased a computer board and spent about 2 weeks off and on trying to get it working and it wouldn't. I figured it was a dead board so I I started a refund request and the seller offered less than half which I declined. However, in the meantime, I have been able to get the board working and all is well and I'm happy with it. I want to cancel the return request so the seller is no longer inconvienced. How can I go about doing this? Nothing I have seen or read really explains a way to fix this. I have also contacted the seller and explained the situation and let him know the board is working, I'm satisfied, and want to drop the return request.
Thanks!

Well, first congratulations on getting it working, computer boards can have a mind of their own. In the resolution center, in your case, there should be a cancel the return button (similar to below). I think its under send a message in the case, but its been a while since I had a return. You might want to let your seller know that you are satisfied.

I don't have any returns open right now. Try the Resolution Center, find the case, and click send the seller a message. I think it might be there.
