I bought an item (ID 254986236554) after purchase i get refund from seller to my paypal and message on ebay asking to transfer payment to his other paypal email. I did nothing, however few days later paypal notified me that refund did not go trough.
I want to report this case to ebay however i see no way to do it.
That number does not seem to work. Click the help and contact link at lower right of this page to speak with an eBay rep. One day past the last given delivery date, if it's not arrived, file an item not received case in the resolution center. However, since a scam is in the works I would keep trying to get through to a rep about it.
