How do I get my refund

I bought 11 sheets of glass from a seller (6 different listings). When I got it, it was not my order. I contacted the seller. She admitted that she sent me someone elses order. She told me to send it back. I did. I had to send it in 2 different boxes (because eBay wouldn't let me put the same tracking number on all of the listings that I ordered.) I sent her the tracking numbers and also put them in eBays return information. She got one box and refunded me for 3 sheets of glass. The other box has been sitting at her post office waiting for her to pick it up. The post office has even sent her reminders to come pick it up. She is ignoring them. On eBays "return detail" it says "Your return should have been delivered. You should receive a refund by Mar 21, 2019. If there's a problem, you can ask us to step in and help on Mar 21, 2019". I have searched all over. I cannot find a way to ask them to step in. Can someone please tell me where I can find the place to ask eBay to step in. It is not anywhere on the "return detail" page.

Despite that erroneous statement @kknighto you cannot ask eBay to step in until it is no longer Mar 21, 2019 on the calendar at eBay headquarters. And even then, tomorrow, you may still have to call eBay to look at the return tracking to emphasize that eBay considers attempted delivery as Delivered.
