I have received a late shipping ding for "Tracking indicates late delivery" and I don't understand why.
I realize this took a while to get there (it happens, despite being a short distance), but I got a scan for this within way less than 24 hours. Why am I being dinged? I thought I was protected.

You have to call Customer Service to fix your late shipping defect. You shipped with acceptance scan within your handling time.
