I have a customer that is trying to return something to us. His label won't load in the return which I have seen a few times recently and eBay has advised to just send them a new label. I usually do this through the "print shipping label" option and then change the ship from address to the buyers address, and the ship to address to mine. I have never had any problems until today. It won't let me change the ship from address, and tells me to go to address settings. When I go there, I can change my ship to address and my return address but not my ship from address.
When I click on the drop down list in the pictures where I can change my ship from address, it shows all of the addresses i've previously done this with. I can't figure out how to delete them or to change the current one. I attached pictures of everything I can see.
Any ideas on how to delete these old ship from addresses, or why it won't let me edit my current one? Thanks!

Can you select the checkbox: My ship from and return address are different
Otherwise, it's fine that your Ship from and Ship to addresses are the same: Coming or going, your return will return to you; just make sure that the Mailed from zip code is your buyer's zip code, to pay the correct postage, and be sure to explain this to your buyer.

how / where can you change the "mailed from" zip code with the new shipping label page?

The Mailed from zip code is now part of the Shipped from address in the new label flow, as USPS requires a full address and not just a Mailed from zip code.
