Having trouble with eBay app

Since few days we are facing problems with eBay app working as a seller.

On clicking for any order, buyer details do not show up, neither we get any options for veiwing order details. There is some problem.

Also if possible please provide buyer's contact information without marking order as shipped.

Please check & rectify.

Update to the latest version of the app @sjewels282.

I've never had trouble viewing a buyer's info without marking an order shipped. All you have to do is tap on the order.
