Good Morning,
Sometimes, delivery tracking here doesn't work and the delivery is delay in reaching the buyer. The buyer complains about this. What should we do ?

If your buyer opens an Item not received case you refund. That's what you do.

I really like the answers from people who sell within their own country (USA):) Although eBay is a global trading platform for everyone.

Ebay requires all sellers to deliver within the shown estimated delivery times. It does not matter if the seller is in the US or not. Ebay will make the seller refund.
The seller is the one who chooses the shipping company.
