Global shipping not showing on listings

Someone, please tell me why our listings are suddenly NOT showing shipping to anywhere else but USA.

 Sales are down 18-28% last 30 days and I did notice we all the sudden that we were getting less and less Global Shipping Orders.

 Tonight someone in Canada that purchases all the time sent a message asking why we no longer ship to Canada. ....

To my surprise they were correct seems 95% of our items we only showing ship to the USA.....

I called ebay twice both times was given NO reason NO Solution one guy stated he would mess with ten of the listing and see what he could figure out and call back in 30 min NEVER heard back but did see some sort of change in our shipping policies did nothing to remedy the issue.

 Did we miss something ???? we have made no changes system-wide to our items for well over 90 days.

If anyone has any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

Ebay is NOT helping in any way.

 We ONLY use Ebay global for out of country shipping orders always have for well over 3 years.

I picked 3 random listings, and sure enough, they all state that you only ship to USA.

My ebay > Summary > Account > Site preferences > Shipping preferences > Show

The first item under Shipping preferences is 

Offer the Global Shipping Program

Make sure it is set to YES.  It might have been reset accidentally.

Thank you for reply. Yes that has been checked. I have tried multiple things to no avail. What's the strangest is that the same shipping policy is used for 400+ listings and some are still ok others are not but yet on same policy.

Certain used automotive parts that could have ever contained motor oil or gasoline cannot be shipped by GSP.  Just wondering if maybe that's what's happening here.

I thought kind of that too that possibly was in an update to restricted Item specifics or Ebay categories update to the exclusion list & that is not the issue.

We do not sell used parts only NEW and has been fine for 3+ years also same sipping policy is used on 400+ items some of which are now showing the USA only shipping. Yesterday was only a hand full problem is progressive and consuming more and more of our items.

I'm going to try and list new item test and apply the same policy to see if it allows it on the new listing.
