I want to buy a part from US but the seller can not send to Sweden beacuse  Sweden is not on the Global list

and the seller talked to Ebay customer service but they cant help him.

Many items can be shipped directly internationally, but some sellers chose not to ship directly.

Sweeden is on the list for eIS, but the eBay (eBay International Shipping) "restriction" list can be much greater than the list of items that some countries restrict.
