I was in middle of a claim filed against me for a return. I had no problem with the return till i tried to get a return label i thought would be provided through Ebay and sale. No such thing. In the claim an option was Unable to buy label. i click on it. Ebay posts BUYER has ill Feb 14th to ship item. Then on the 13th i get an email from the UK, outside of the claim asking to send buyer funds to purchase the return label, Not wanting to be defrauded $75 And Not being able to purchase a Return Label, i wait for the claim process. Then i get an email its on hold to get more information on the buyer, i filed a false claim on buyer at this point. Then i get an email stating we sided with buyer and refunded hi in full. That means they keep the item and dont have to send it back. This was my first return ever. The Buyer is now selling services, on Ebay, Using my Machine Ebay Gave to him, he claimed didn't work was defective.

Sorry that this happened to you but, by not purchasing the return label and responding to the claim within the allowed time frame, you kind of shot yourself in the foot. You should have contacted eBay about how to handle the return label right away,
