Global Shipping Program

I am a seller, who shipped a package to Europe June 19, 2020. I paid $21.00 shipping charges through Pay Pal on the 19th but noticed today I was charged another $21.00 on my  monthly E-Bay invoice. E-bay called this fee a  "Supplemental Service Fee". Did I actually pay $42.00 to ship this item? Oh, also the package has yet to arrive at its destination.

Re: Global Shipping Program

Your title says Global Shipping Program but it seems, from your post, you shipped to Europe yourself.
With GSP you ship to the US DC in Louisville KY.
$21 to ship to the GSP DC seems steep

Why cheap-at-first FedEx, couldn't you have shipped USPS instead?

Re: Global Shipping Program

Your listings are not set up for the global shipping program, most of them are set up for you to ship directly through USPS but a few of them don't have an option specified so the label probably defaulted to the ebay international standard delivery program.   You should double check your Paypal account as those labels are not charged through PP, they are charged to you ebay invoice only once they reach the US depot.

From what I've read on the boards, any international delivery seems to be slow right now but the gsp and ebay standard int'l have been really slow for some people.
