Ever since eBay started hiding shipping methods, the global shipping program that I can ship through Kentucky has disappeared. I have had 2 International buyers ask me for a cheaper shipping method because the only shipping listed on my listings for them are Global Expediated at a very high price. I went back and checked the listings and I had checked "Global Shipping Program" on all of them just as I have been doing for years. Now eBay is not giving buyers the option of having their packages go through Kentucky at the US rates.
