Gift Without Purchase

This may be a dumb question, but is it possible to send gifts to customers or potential customers via ebay, even if they don't have a current purchase? Looking to try a new marketing tactic.

You would not have customers shipping address without them purchasing from you, would you? 

Always a great idea to include a little extra gift along with their purchased item.

I would add a little extra something with an order, not just randomly send a gift without a purchase.  I purchase a lot of my supplies from a seller I've done business with for years.  They always send me more than I ordered and I appreciate their efforts to keep me as a good customer.

These are customers that have purchased from me in the past, either on here or via my website or other selling platforms. I am looking to drive traffic to my ebay shop.

With Christmas coming up you might want to consider sending a Holiday card to especially repeat customers.
