Did you mean:

Get refund.

Hi everyone! I need big help from you.

This is the case:

I bought a phone which was mentioned as new (+ sealed box in the title) in the listing. I got the phone and I found that the phone is flashed and refurbished.

Here are things I found:

  1. 2 IMEI numbers, one in the box and one under the SIM tray.
  2. It's mentioned that Made in Finland in box and Made in Vietnam in phone.
  3. Flashed using different product codes.
  4. Very cheap earphone (bothe earpieces got opened and can see the circuit) and charger (lead marks were there in the USB port)

What can I do about this? In eBay money back guarantee it's said that counterfeit items do not need to be returned in order to get a refund. Will this fall into counterfeit item? If I have to return this how the returns work (I haven't return anything). Please help me with this. Thank you very much.

Get refund.

File a significantly not as described case, the seller should be forced to pay return shipping, so you're not out anything.

If you think it's not as described, simply open a SNAD return on eBay (My eBay, Purchase history, find the item, Return this item and then click Doesn't match description or photo's). You will get a return shipping label and once its returned, you'll get a refund.

If you think you're going to be able to keep the phone AND your refund, that's highly unlikely. If you really have proof that it is a counterfeit, instead of not as described you can click on Doesn't seem authentic.
