GSP shipping to Russia

I have a buyer in Russia who is trying to purchase a pre-owned pair of jeans from me.  I ship internationally only through Ebay's GSP program, and Russia is on the list of countries they ship to.  When she tries to pay, she gets a message that the seller (me) does not ship to her country.  Is there something wrong with my listing that she can't pay?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

GSP shipping to Russia

I checked 4 of your listings, only 1 had the Russian Federation.

GSP shipping to Russia

Even if the gsp ships to a country, they may not ship all items there. If the gsp doesn't give a shipping cost to a country, that generally means they won't ship that item there.   However, when I search 'jeans' in your listings, about 23 listings show shipping to Russia through the gsp and the other 120+ jean  listings do not have a shipping cost  specified even though the gsp is available to other countries on those same listings. The listings that do show shipping to Russia have both new and pre owned jeans so the condition isn't the issue...I'm not sure why some would ship there and some don't.

@Anonymous   Any idea why some new and preowned jeans will ship to Russia via the gsp and other ones are not showing as being available to be shipped that way?

Hi @sunset-painter, I've checked and can confirm you have set up the Global Shipping Program and your shipping preferences correctly, so any instances of an international buyer being unable to purchase one of your items will be related to an import block in that country for the item. This can be due to a variety of reasons that include price, brand, the type of item, category, condition, or ingredients/materials. I may not be able to say specifically why one pair of jeans is eligible for the Global Shipping Program and another is not, but if I can get two item numbers as examples of an eligible item and an ineligible item, I will be happy to look into it further!
