Friend bought an item from me, puts in the wrong address, stuck in limbo and now wants a refund

So I have a friend that wanted to buy the last Mr. Men figure for her collection. I was able to save her the last one last year. But the problem is that she just moved and forgot to change her address just before buying. So USPS had to forward the item to this location and hasn't been updated since. Now she wants a refund and IDK what to do.

Doesn't matter if it's something you can't 'find' anymore. It was worth $20. Refund the $20. You've spent way more time posting on this forum, back and forth with buyer, back and forth with USPS. Isn't your time worth more than .30c a minute?
