Many times when looking for something on the internet (not eBay) I will receive advertisements for the item on eBay. Is that what they call a Promoted Listing?
Why does eBay advertise Free Shipping on these other web sites but when you click on the item and go to eBay it is not Free Shipping.
Example on Yahoo
Clicking on the advertisement and going to eBay there is no Free Shipping.
