Forgot to add a different condition

So I placed some shoes on ebay but  when I placed them I put new condition because I wanted them to sell faster but they really  are pre - owned and someone bought them and I don’t know what to do. Can I contact the authentication? Is there a way to change the condition?And if the buyer still wants it what do I do?

You can't list as new when it's not. Take down your current listing or revise it.

As for the item you sold, you can't change it after the fact. Either cancel the order and take the out of stock defect for the screw up, or ship and they will not pass authentication, they'll be rejected and returned to you and the refund pulled from your account.
