Hi,
I got a purchase from this address:
I always check addresses before shipping to prevent bad addressing, and this time I was unable to find a valid address on neither google maps or on google.
https://www.google.com/maps/search/Sofia+1111+Char+street+1A
https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&sxsrf=ALeKk00BtojLAn5dyzppIQpZvWn4ASUZcw%3A15886712...
So I asked the buyer to clarify his addess, but he gave me the same city/street.
This looks very fishy to me, it looks like some sort of a scam. I don't know... maybe the buyer gives a non existent address at his zip code where he has access to the mails in the post office, steals the package and later claims a refund based on the lost package.
This is just a guess, but the address looks still invalid, which suggests to me that the buyer is up to no good.

Shipsurance is much cheaper, easier to use and covers more scenarios than USPS insurance. I would look into if I were you, but that is up to you.
The buyer can't change their shipping address after you ship. There is record of the address the buyer provided. As long as you ship to the address provided during checkout, you are protected. Does the paypal transaction say "ok to ship"?

I wouldn't waste my time looking up every address prior to shipping. Ship to the address provided during checkout after payment clears and you have seller protection. If you are shipping overseas (particularly via non-trackable method), I would use a third party shipping insurance. I use Shipsurance.

What does the buyer's feedback received and given look like?

He has 10 positive feedbacks as a buyer (0 as a seller).
What happens if he changes his address after I ship the item, and later claims that I sent it to a wrong address?
There is a basic insurance for the package which appilies when it gets lost, but insurance that would cover the entire price of the item is quite expensive, it would increase the shipping cost so much that the listing price would not be competitive anymore.

Okay I'll ship then, at least I have this thread as a backup in case something happens.
