FedEx charged me $ 1065.00 for a shipping that usually charges me about $ 180.00 and I have no way of making the claim, ebay says that they can't do anything, can someone help me?

You're not the same seller as this guy, are you?

brian@ebay We now have 2 of these!!!!! Again, these sellers need to know WHO or WHICH TEAM to contact at eBay to get assistance with these obvious FedEx errors.

I agree that there needs to be a clear process ... and the two doozies mentioned in this thread need resolution. But, given problems that I've seen with the shipping tables this year (they still weren't consistent as of about 2-3 weeks ago), I wonder if there's anyone at eBay who really is capable of sorting out FedEx issues.
Still, most "obvious FedEx errors" I see on here are not errors on the part of FedEx or eBay, just with sellers who don't understand how shipping with FedEx is different than shipping with the USPS.

Hi @acos_liva, customer service can send a cost dispute when appropriate, so I apologize if that wasn't offered when you spoke with them. I've gone ahead and sent one over for you. FedEx can take between 4 and 14 days to either approve or deny the dispute. Keep in mind that FedEx will not communicate their decision with eBay or you, so no follow up or status update is possible. However, if the dispute is approved by FedEx then you'll see a credit on your eBay account within two invoices from now.

Thank you very much indeed I appreciate it because this has been a real headache for me, FedEx communicated that only through ebay can they accept a dispute
